Tom le Fromage

Tom Cahalan is the Big Cheese around here. Ridiculously young, Tom enjoys liasing with clients, overseeing development of projects from concept to completion and Thomas the Tank Engine jigsaws. Clients love Tom because he takes them out for lunch and costs them just the price of a chicken nuggets Happy Meal.

Tom says the biggest problem in the industry is companies not investing properly in their image, as first impressions last a lifetime, and on things not converting and just sitting there looking pretty. No danger of that with Tom. Away from work, Tom enjoys his PS3, orange juice, looking after his pet boxer, and taking on responsibility, so we made him milk monitor.

Keiran the Creative

Creative Director Keiran Anderson is more creative than a caffeinated baboon with ADHD. But slightly better looking. Keiran says his biggest challenge is developers killing his designs. * Cough * Colin. He says his favourite things are golf, sunny days and working. Although he’s clearly a congenital liar, as he lists his favourite veg as sprouts. Favourite drink? Tea and Carlsberg. But probably not both at once.

Oliver the Salesman

Oliver Clarkson, nicknamed 'Olly', is based in Yorkshire (yes, they have got the internet up there also now). Listing his favourite vegetable as Tom Cahalan (see team page), Olly is the business-development bloke who spreads the Coding Monkey's love. He's so laid back he takes Valium as a stimulant. Sometimes rising from a deep coma long enough to complain about people who cut their marketing budgets in a challenging economy.

Pete the Gangsta

Pete Vinnicombe has the name of an East End gangsta. But the only shifty thing about our graphic designer is a love of urban vinyl (nope, we don’t know either) and Super Mario. Pete says “Clients love my ten years’ experience, good looks, charm and sophistication… I could go on”. And, believe me, he does. A devotee of Back to the Future, gadgets, music and anything with buttons, Pete is so geeky that he named his kids Apple and BlackBerry. And his fiancee thought he just liked fruit.

Colin the Cobra

Keiran turns ugly things into pretty things. Then Colin Burn-Murdoch turns them back again. So he’s about as welcome with creatives as a cobra in a tombola. Despite being Caledonian, McColin does see the value in investing in a good website, rather than relying on one your friend’s little sister knocked up in the spare bedroom. Particularly if she’s a teenager, a breed that holds the same affection with Colin as a leper in a group hug. Colin lives in McEdinburgh with Ailsa (a girl), Schrodinger (a cat) and his nagging doubts.
